This is intended to be a homage to very many musicians I've loved since I started listening to music. My intention is to tell what I know about them, hoping that those people who like them too, will help me fill numerous gaps, which I may have in their careers and discographies. Sorry, but there are no MP3 audio files here at all, just info (and love for the musicians).

John Schroeder (producer / arranger)

BRIEF BIOGRAPHY:

Famed producer and arranger, John Schroeder was born John Francis Schroeder in January 1935 in London. He formed Sounds Orchestral with piano player Johnny Pearson, also releasing albums to his name (usually as John Schroeder Orchestra) or with different aliases, such as The City Of Westminster String Band.

He was producer in countless singles, especially during the 60s and early 70s. I just include here a brief discography, but based only on albums.

John Schroeder passed away on January 31st, 2017 due to cancer.
