JOE COCKER BAND
When Joe Cocker dissolved The Grease Band, he teamed with Leon Russell in a new, almost-crazy project, Mad Dogs & Englishmen.
They stayed together just for 2 months, until May 1970, when Joe Cocker retired for a while.
A double live album was released, Mad dogs and Englishmen.

She actually worked with Leon Russell and was romantically involved with him, from 67 until he met Rita Coolidge. She co-wrote a couple songs with Leon, Raspberry Rug and I can hear the Darkness, recorded by Harpers Bizarre.
