This is intended to be a homage to very many musicians I've loved since I started listening to music. My intention is to tell what I know about them, hoping that those people who like them too, will help me fill numerous gaps, which I may have in their careers and discographies. Sorry, but there are no MP3 audio files here at all, just info (and love for the musicians).

BIOGRAPHY:

Great trombonist and superb arranger, Bob Brookmeyer started with clarinet, and later piano. He was born Robert Edward Brookmeyer on December 19th, 1929 in Kansas City, Missouri, USA. Bob was a student at the Kansas City Conservatory of Music.

He has played with many combos, so I´ve found it impossible to make an accurate chronological listing of his bands. So, I just include the facts that I know, even if they´re probably in the wrong chronological order. But, if someone can help me with that, info would be very welcomed. And I know that I´m missing lots of albums in his discography, but I´ll be including them little by little...
